CLAM SPAGHETTI | |
2 sm. cans clam juice 1 doz. fresh clams, shucked 1/2 lb. shrimp (shelled & deveined) 1/2 lb. scallops (cut in 4) 1 heaping tbsp. parsley flakes 1 heaping tsp. crushed garlic 1/4 lb. butter 1 1/2 green onions (scallions), diced 1/8 tsp. each salt & pepper 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 1/2 lb. box #8 spaghetti Cook spaghetti noodles as directed. Drain and set aside. In a saucepan place all remaining ingredients except cheese. Place on low heat, cook 10-15 minutes until it comes to a boil. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over noodles and pour on sauce. Serve with a salad. |
