CORN PUDDING 
1 pt. fresh corn
2 eggs beaten lightly.

Set aside.

2 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

1 1/2 c. milk to flour
Beat until smooth.
1 tbsp. butter

Set in pan of hot water in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour, or until custard is firm.
