CORN PUDDING 
2 c. fresh or frozen corn
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. butter, melted in glass dish
2 c. milk (or 1 c. Pet milk & 1 c. water)
2 beaten eggs

Mix all ingredients together and pour into buttered dish. Bake 30 minutes in slow oven. You can add cheese to this.
