ANN'S BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
20 oz. (2 boxes) broccoli, chopped (frozen)
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
10 oz. (1 can) soup, cream of mushroom
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt (to taste)
1/2 tsp. pepper (to taste)
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter (approx.)

Use butter (in addition to the 1/4 cup) to grease all sides of a 2-quart casserole dish.

Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain. Mix in eggs, Cheddar cheese, soup, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into the prepared casserole dish and top with Ritz crackers crumbs. Put pats of butter on top.

Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes, until brown.
