CHILI 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 qts. tomato juice
1 can tomato sauce or 1 diced fresh tomato
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 - 2 tbsp. chili powder (adjust to suit bravery)
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 lg. stalk celery, diced (optional)
2 (15 oz.) cans dark red kidney beans

Brown and drain ground beef. Place ground beef and other ingredients (except kidney beans) in a slow cooker. Cook on High for 1 1/2 hours, add kidney beans and cook on low heat overnight. Place in refrigerator until cold, reheat and enjoy.
