8 oz. cream cheese
2 1/2 oz. chip beef, chopped
2 tbsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. sour cream

Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Optional: Melt 2 tablespoons butter and mix with 1/2 cup nuts, chopped. Sprinkle over chip beef mixture before baking.
