MIDDLE EASTERN STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 lb. hamburger, uncooked
1 lb. rice, uncooked
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. salt

Mix row. Should stuff 6 medium peppers.

SAUCE: Dilute 1 can of tomato paste with 3 1/2 cans of water and place in large pan on top of stove. Arrange the 6 stuffed peppers in sauce and cook (simmer covered) on top of stove for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, mix: 1 tsp. garlic powder Spearmint leaves

Add to the sauce and continue to cook for 1/2 hour more, basting occasionally.
