RHUBARB JAM | |
5 c. rhubarb (cut in 1 inch pieces) 1 c. drained crushed pineapple 4 c. sugar 1 pkg. strawberry gelatin Mix rhubarb, pineapple and sugar - let stand 30 minutes. Bring mixture slowly to a boil. Once it is boiling let cook 12 minutes while stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in package of strawberry gelatin. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Pour into glasses (approximately 6). |
