VERMICELLI CARBONARA 
6 slices of bacon
1 med. green pepper
1 med. onion
3 eggs
4 oz. dry chunk Romano cheese
8 oz. pkg. vermicelli
1 lg. pot heated in oven at 400 degrees

Fry bacon crisp, crumble up, set aside. Saute chopped green peppers and onions until tender; set aside. Fork beat eggs; set aside. Grate Romano; set aside. Place large pot in oven at 400 degrees. Cook vermicelli and drain. Stir in eggs, coating vermicelli well. Turn into hot pot. Quickly add Romano and stir. Add pepper, onion and bacon, stir well. Serve.
