BAKED FISH 
2 lbs. fish filets
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 butter, melted
Salt and pepper
1 tsp. grated onion

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. If filets are large, cut into serving pieces. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Mix juice, onion, and butter. Dip fish into butter mixture; place in greased pan (9 x 9 x 2 inch). Pour remaining butter mixture over fish. Bake, uncovered, 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
