LIME PIE 
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter, melted

FILLING:

1 2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. Knox gelatin
1/2 c. lime juice
1/2 c. whipping cream or topping
Green color as needed

Mix all ingredients in order given. Spray pans or brush with additional melted butter. Press crumbs into pan. Bake at 375 degrees about 8 to 10 minutes.

FILLING: Dissolve gelatin in small amount of cold lime juice. Heat to completely dissolve. Add to condensed milk. Whip topping very stiff, and add to first mixture. Add green color as needed. Pour into graham cracker pie shell. Refrigerate. Garnish with whipped topping. Serves 8.
