MALAYSIAN CHICKEN BREASTS 
6-8 chicken breasts (split in half)
1 onion, sliced and separated
2 (9 oz.) jars of sweet and sour sauce
1 (16 oz.) bag cole slaw mix
Salt and pepper

Cut chicken breasts in half and rub with salt and pepper. Place in 9 x 13 cake pan or baking dish. Top with pieces of onion. Cover with tin foil and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.

Spread with sweet and sour sauce and bake, covered, for another 40 minutes. Then sprinkle with desired amount of coleslaw mix and continue baking, covered, for another 20 to 30 minutes.

Serve on rice. Serves 6-8 people.
