CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream style corn
1 c. corn meal (I use yellow)
1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. garlic salt
4 eggs, well beaten
Jalapeno peppers, chopped, to taste (I use two or 1 can chopped green chilies may be used)
Cheese, grated

Mix ingredients, except cheese, and bake at 350 degrees until firm to the touch in the center (30 to 45 minutes). Top with grated cheese and return to oven until cheese melts. Serves 6 to 8.
