COTTAGE CHEESE CAKE 
1 1/2 lb. cottage cheese, put through sieve
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Mix first 5 ingredients well. Fold in 3 stiffly beaten egg whites.

CRUST:

1/3 lb. crushed graham crackers
1/4 lb. butter
