1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Mix butter, sugar, eggs, milk; then add baking soda and cream of tartar. Then add flour gradually until it forms a dough mixture. Better to chill dough first then roll out 1/4 inch thick on floured surface. Cut out. Top with sprinkles and bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
