1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk
2 3/4 c. flour

In bowl combine all ingredients except flour; blend well. Stir in flour. Chill. Roll out dough. Cut with cookie cutters. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets for 7-10 minutes. Oven set 375 degrees.
