SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
3-4 lb. potatoes, peeled and sliced thin (2 1/2 pt. casserole 2/3 full) 1/2 stick butter 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 2 c. milk 2 inch wedges of Velveeta Dash of pepper Melt butter and stir in other ingredients to make sauce. Cut up cheese and add to sauce and melt. Pour over potatoes. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on high for 15-18 minutes, stirring after 8-9 minutes. May also cook in oven, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. |
