THANKSGIVING PUMPKIN PIE 
2 eggs, beaten
1 can pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix above ingredients in 1 slightly baked 9 inch pie shell. Top with 1 cup chopped nuts. Bake 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 45 minutes.

Note: It says it will make 1 pie but I have found that it will really make 2 very easily and even those who do not normally like pumpkin pies will like this one.
