ITALIAN SAUSAGE BAKE 
3 lbs. Italian sausage, cut in wedges
6 potatoes, cut in wedges
2 med. onions, sliced thin
1 (No. 1) can tomatoes, sliced with juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 2 fresh garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cooking oil

Brown sausage in oil, place in bottom of roaster. Top with potatoes, sliced onions, tomatoes and seasonings. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake for 15 more minutes. Spoon juice over vegetables. Make sure potatoes are done. Serve with salad and warm Italian bread.
