CANDIED SWEET POTATOES WITH
HONEY
 
4 lg. sweet potatoes, cooked
1/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. honey
3/4 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Peel potatoes; cut into halves. Place in greased 8x8x2 inch pan.

Combine butter, honey, orange juice, salt and cornstarch in saucepan; cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Pour over potatoes. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 10 minutes or until done. Yield: 6-8 servings.
