CARAMEL - PECAN SAUCE | |
1 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 c. light cream 1/4 lb. marshmallows Dash of salt 1/4 c. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1/3 c. broken pecans Combine first 4 ingredients. Heat, stirring constantly until brown, sugar dissolves, and mixture comes to a boil. Cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Add butter; cool slightly. Add vanilla and pecans. Serve on ice cream |
