CARAMEL PECAN SAUCE 
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. white corn syrup
Dash salt
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. water
1 c. pecan halves

Combine flour and white sugar and blend. Add remaining ingredients except pecans and bring to a good rolling boil. Add pecans and continue cooking, until mixture forms a soft ball (230 degrees). Serve hot or cold on ice cream. If sauce is too thick, add a little water and heat until well blended.
