VANILLA PUDDING WITH CARAMEL
SAUCE
 
1 box MY T FINE vanilla pudding mix
2 1/2 c. sugar

Have out 4 glass dessert cups. Over medium flame melt sugar until thin and syrupy (do not burn). Pour melted sugar in the 4 cups. Let it cool. Meanwhile make the vanilla pudding following directions on box and adding a teaspoon of vanilla extract while cooking.

When pudding is done pour into cups. Place a cherry in the middle of each cup. Put in refrigerator and eat when cool. Decorate with Cool Whip if you like.
