FORGOTTEN CHICKEN 
4 to 6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
Lipton onion soup mix
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. wine

Put raw rice in cake pan. Dust chicken halves in dry onion soup mix. Put on top of rice. Mix soups, milk, and wine. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours in 350 degree oven. If too dry, add some water. Put foil on top while baking.
