CURRY GLAZED CHICKEN 
6-8 pieces of chicken (any part)
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. honey
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. curry
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

In shallow pan, melt butter. Stir in honey, then rest of ingredients. Place chicken in pan and turn to coat. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn and bake 20 more. Boneless pieces require less time.
