CHICKEN SUPREME 
1 cut up fryer
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large container sour cream
2 packs Ritz crackers
1 stick of butter
salt to taste

Boil chicken and salt to taste, cool, then remove skin. Pull chicken from bones and put in greased baking dish. Layer chicken, soups, and sour cream. Put crushed Ritz crackers on top, pour melted butter on top.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
