CHICKEN SALAD SUPREME 
4 lb. chicken breast
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. turmeric
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. toasted slivered almonds (also ripe olives or pecans)
2 c. seedless grapes
3 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. diced apples
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/4 c. red vinegar
1/2 c. salad dressing
1/4 c. sour cream (yogurt)
2 tbsp. sugar

Cook the chicken in the water, liquid smoke, turmeric and salt. Cool and cut into chunks. Add to chicken the almonds, grapes, celery, onions, apples and green peppers.

Blend with dressing of red vinegar, salad dressing, sour cream and sugar. Eat and enjoy!!!!
