POTATO PLANKS 
1 lb. potatoes
Vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Cut potatoes lengthwise into eighths. Set oven control to broil/or 550 degrees. Place potatoes cut sides down in ungreased baking pan. Brush with oil. Mix remaining ingredients. Sprinkle potatoes with half of the mix. Broil potatoes with tops about 3 inches from heat until potatoes begin to bubble slightly, about 10 minutes. Turn; brush with oil and sprinkle remaining salt mix. Broil until golden brown and tender, about 5 minutes longer. Serve with sour cream if desired. 6 servings (4 wedges each) 85 calories per serving.
