FESTIVE WINE PUNCH | |
2 1/2 c. orange juice 1 c. sweetened pineapple juice 1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar 2 tbsp. grated lemon peel 1 qt. dry white wine or champagne 1 tbsp. honey 6 whole cloves 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 2 trays ice cubes 1 1/2 qts. chilled ginger ale In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except ice cubes and ginger ale, with 2 cups cold water. Refrigerate, covered, for 3 hours. To serve: Strain punch mixture over ice cubes in punch bowl. Stir in ginger ale. Makes 20 (4 ounce) servings. |
