SPINACH SURPRISE 
1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
1/4 c. onion, chopped
4 tbsp. butter
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vinegar

Cook spinach with onion in medium saucepan. Melt butter in serving dish. Combine butter; add spinach (well drained). Stir. Add salt and sour cream; blend all together. Stir in vinegar and serve. Serves 4.
