CHICKEN PILIEU 
4 to 5 chicken breasts
4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion (quartered)
2 c. rice
1 jar sliced mushrooms
1 lg. onion
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. pepper
6 Oscar Meyer smokie links
Margarinne

Cook chicken in water, salt, pepper, and onion in pressure cooker for 22 minutes. Strain, cool and de-bone. Add meat and carefully measure 4 cups broth back into large pot. Add strained mushrooms, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 1/4 teaspoon pepper and 2 cups rice. Dice onion and saute' in butter. Add to mixture. Lightly brown smokie links, slice in small slices. Add to mixture. Bring mixture to boil, add tight fitting lid. Reduce to simmer and cool for 20 to 22 minutes. DO NOT REMOVE LID UNTIL DONE!
