MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground chuck
1 c. bread crumbs (soaked in milk)
1 sm. onion, diced
2 eggs (I use egg substitute)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme

SAUCE:

3/4 c. barbecue sauce
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Form into small balls. Brown in small amount Canola Oil. Place in baking pan. Mix the sauce well and pour over the meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

For restricted diets, use ground turkey, egg substitute, Sweet and Low brown sugar, low sodium Soy sauce and low fat barbecue sauce.
