MOZZARELLA TOMATO BASIL PASTA | |
Great hot or cold! 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese 4 to 5 medium tomatoes 1 bunch fresh basil 6 to 10 cups cooked pasta (your choice; regular spaghetti noodles work great) about 1 cup balsamic vinegar Slice the Mozzarella into less than 1-inch cubes and put in a bowl. Chop up tomatoes and add to Mozzarella. Finely chop basil and add to tomato/mozzarella mixture. Add balsamic vinegar and mix well. Serve over noodles. Submitted by: Alyssa |
