1 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. milk
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Combine shortening, salt and peanut butter and mix well. Add sugar and brown sugar, creaming thoroughly. Beat in eggs and milk, mixing well. Sift flour with baking soda and add to the first mixture, blending well.
