HOOTENANNY CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 box instant toasted coconut pudding mix or plain vanilla instant pudding 1 c. water 4 eggs 1/2 c. oil 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. baking powder Mix for 5 minutes. Grease bottom of tube pan. NUT MIXTURE: 1 c. chopped nuts 4 tsp. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon Mix together nut mixture. Put 1/3 of nut mixture into pan, then 1/2 of cake mix, 1/3 of nut mixture, 1/2 of cake mix, finishing off with nut mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Edith Oesterling |
