HONEY CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. honey
3/4 c. evaporated milk

Melt chocolate in honey over low heat. Stir to keep well blended. Add evaporated milk and stir until well blended; cool. Serve over cream puffs. Makes 1 3/4 cups sauce.
