HONEY NECTARINE SAUCE 
1 c. cranberry-raspberry juice
1/4 c. honey
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 c. sliced fresh California nectarines

Combine juice, honey and lemon peel; bring to boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer about 10 minutes or until mixture is reduced to 3/4 cup. Cool; pour over nectarines. Refrigerate until serving time. Makes 2 cups. SERVING TIP: Serve over frozen yogurt, sherbet or ice cream.
