HONEY GLAZED SPARERIBS 
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 sm. garlic clove
1/2 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt, ginger
1 med. onion, diced
3/4 c. ketchup
1/3 c. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Precook spareribs. Cover with water, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 1 hour or until ribs are fork tender. Remove ribs to platter and cover. Chill.

Prepare sauce: Saute onion and garlic in salad oil, add catsup and remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered about 20 minutes. Cover and refrigerate sauce. Grill ribs approximately 20 minutes or until heated through brushing with sauce and turning ribs often.
