HONEY OF A CRANBERRY SAUCE | |
1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. water 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 4 c. fresh cranberries 1/4 c. honey Combine sugar, water, wine vinegar, lemon juice and bring to a boil. Stir in cranberries, reduce heat, simmer 15 minutes. Stir frequently. Remove from heat and stir in honey. Serve warm or chilled. Yield: 2 3/4 cups. |
