CRANBERRY GLAZED BBQ CHICKEN 
3 lb. cut up chicken
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. ketchup
1 (8 oz.) can jellied cranberry
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar

In a medium saucepan, saute onions in oil until tender. Stir in brown sugar, cranberry sauce and ketchup. Cook over low heat until sauce is melted, stir occasionally.

BBQ chicken on grill for about 1 hour. When chicken is tender brush sauce over chicken, turn chicken and brush often with sauce for 15 minutes. Reheat remaining sauce and serve with chicken.

BBQ HONEY SAUCE:

1/2 c. honey
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger

Mix well. Brush on chicken same as cranberry sauce.
