SCALLOPED CARROTS | |
5 c. raw carrots, sliced or diced 1 onion, sliced 1/2 c. butter 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 12 Ritz crackers Cook carrots until done, drain. Saute onion in butter. In baking dish, layer carrots and cheese. Pour onions and butter over top. Break up Ritz crackers and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. |
