QUICK FRUIT DESSERT 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello gelatin (any flavor)
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (10 or 12 oz.) pkg. frozen fruit (any kind)
1/4 c. chopped nuts (opt.)

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add frozen fruit and stir gently until fruit thaws and separates, gelatin may begin to thicken. Add nuts, spoon into dessert dishes. Chill until set, about 30 minutes. Makes 3 cups or 6 servings.
