1 box yellow cake mix
2 1/2 - 3 c. chopped rhubarb or raw apples
1 c. half and half
3/4 c. sugar

Mix according to directions. Put in greased 9"x13" pan. Pour chopped rhubarb or apples over entire cake. Mix sugar and half and half together. Pour over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees about 1/2 hour. Let cool. Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon over it.
