SUPPER NACHOS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
2 (1 lb.) cans refried beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
3/4 c. chunky taco sauce
Fried tortilla chips

Garnish with any or all of the following: 1/2 c. dairy sour cream 1/4 c. chopped green onions 1 c. sliced ripe olives

Brown meat and onions; drain well and season with seasoned salt and cumin. Combine bans and taco seasoning mix; blend well. Add grated Monterey Jack cheese; mix together.

Spread beans in a shallow oval (10x15 inch) baking dish. Cover with browned meat and onions. Sprinkle chilies over meat; top with cheddar cheese. Pour taco sauce over cheese. Bake uncovered in a 400 degree oven 20-25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Tuck tortilla chips around edge of platter and garnish as desired. Makes 4-6 servings.
