DELUXE PECAN PIE | |
3 eggs, slightly beaten 1 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. pecans 1 (9 in.) unbaked pastry shell In large bowl, stir together first 5 ingredients until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife is inserted halfway between center and edge comes out cleans. Cool. Yield: 8 servings. |
