1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. shortening, melted
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
3 c. potato water
1/2 c. mashed potatoes
7 c. flour (more or less)

Add about 7 cups flour. Knead well. Put dough in a greased bowl. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. In the morning shape into buns or cinnamon rolls. Let rise until very light. Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 12 or 15 minutes. (Some ovens may take a lower temperature.) Dough will be soft!!! Very good.
