SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lb. sliced potatoes, uncooked
3 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
Grated cheese on top
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In greased 2 quart casserole arrange potatoes in 4 layers- sprinkling each layer with 1/3 of other ingredients and top with 4th layer of potatoes.

Heat milk just to scald; pour over potatoes. Cover, bake 30 minutes, uncovered and bake 6-7 minutes longer until potatoes are tender.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated cheese; let stand 10 minutes before serving.
