SMOTHERED STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in strips
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 lg. green pepper, sliced
1 lb. can tomatoes
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. molasses
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen French style green beans

Put the steak strips, flour, salt and pepper into a crock pot, stirring well to coat the meat. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook on low for 8 hours or medium for 5 hours or high for 2 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
