Tamari roasted cashews
Tamari roasted almonds
Tamari roasted sunflower seeds
Spicy Punks (roasted pumpkin seeds with cayenne)
Raisins, currants, dates, apricots or any unsulphered dried fruit

Combine 4 cups of any tamari roasted nuts or seed combination with 1 cup of any single unsulphered dried fruit or mixture. Make a new creation every time!
