TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda

Bring 2 sticks of butter, water and 4 tbsp. cocoa to a boil. Remove from heat and add flour, sugar, salt, eggs, sour cream and baking soda.

Bake in a pre-heated 350°F oven for 18 to 20 minutes in cookie sheet type pan. Remove cake from oven and prepare icing.

Icing:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
5 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. walnuts
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine 1 stick butter, 4 tbsp. cocoa and 5 tbsp. milk and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add walnuts, confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Ice cake while it's warm.
